Trade union organizations participate in establishing workplace sources of labour law, such as collective bargaining agreements, statutory collective agreements, regulations, and statutes.
Collective bargaining agreements are a special source of labour law. Under them, the parties can establish employment conditions more favorable than the minimum standards arising from statutes, e.g., additional benefits, higher allowances, more favorable remuneration rules, or additional social solutions.
