About the WORK POLAND Project
Project Team
In 2025, the Rule of Law Institute Foundation (FIPP), in cooperation with the International Rescue Committee (IRC), created the online knowledge base “Work Poland”, aimed at refugees from Ukraine and third-country nationals residing in Poland.
The main objective of the project is to increase migrants’ legal awareness and strengthen their self-reliance by providing them with easy access to practical, reliable, and easy-to-understand information on employment and applicable labour laws in Poland.
As part of the project, an information service was developed in Polish, Ukrainian, and English, presenting key issues related to legal employment, workers’ rights, and the options available for enforcing one’s rights in the event of violations in a clear and accessible manner.
The project aims to support the social and professional integration of migrants, prevent abuses in the labour market, and build a fairer and safer working environment for people with migration experience.
In 2026, FIPP received funding from the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy under the “Together We Can Do More” Programme, which enabled the WorkPoland.pl portal to be updated and expanded with new content addressing the current needs of migrants and providing access to reliable information on work and employment in Poland.
