In the event of claims arising from an employment relationship, an employee can pursue them before the Labour Court. An employee has the right to file a claim with the court, among other things, to appeal a notice of termination or termination of an employment contract, demand reinstatement to work, seek compensation, claim unpaid wages, request the issuance or correction of an employment certificate, claim compensation for discrimination or violation of equal treatment, establish the existence of an employment relationship, or pursue claims related to mobbing. Meeting the deadlines for appealing or submitting a case to court is crucial. If a deadline is missed, pursuing the claim may become difficult or impossible.
If the problem concerns a notice of termination or contract termination, do not delay in determining the deadline for filing an appeal.
Detailed information on specific types of cases can also be found in other parts of the WorkPoland Knowledge Base.
