 Police and Prosecutor’s Office

If an employer or another person violates an employee’s rights in a manner exposing them to immediate danger of loss of life or serious bodily harm, the matter should be reported to the police or the prosecutor’s office. This also applies when employee rights arising from employment or social insurance are maliciously or persistently violated. Other offences, such as threats, fraud, document forgery, violence, or violation of physical integrity, can also be reported to the police or prosecutor’s office. In such cases, a notification of a suspected criminal offence should be filed. Law enforcement authorities will then take appropriate action.

In an emergency involving an immediate threat to health or life, call the emergency number 112.
