About the WORK POLAND Project
Project Team
The Rule of Law Institute Foundation (FIPP), in cooperation with the International Rescue Committee (IRC), is implementing a project to support refugees from Ukraine as well as third-country nationals residing in Poland through the launch of the online knowledge base ‘Work Poland.’
The main goal of the project is to increase legal awareness and empower migrants by providing them with easy access to practical, reliable, and clear information about employment and current labor laws in Poland.

As part of the project, an information service (in Polish, Ukrainian, and English) was developed, which presents in an accessible way the most important issues related to legal employment, employee rights, and the possibility of pursuing one’s rights in the event of their violation.
The project aims to support the social and professional integration of migrants, prevent abuse in the labor market, and build a more equitable and secure working environment for people with migration experience.
